J. KEITH COULTER | Chief Executive Officer
Keith founded CX-Analytics in 2007, bringing 23 years of financial industry experience to bear on developing analytic reporting and financial modeling applications for the credit card and consumer lending industry. Keith earned his BSc in Engineering from Princeton University and his MBA (Finance) from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Prior to founding CX-Analytics Keith served as Managing Director of the UK Consumer Cards and Loan business for Barclays Bank in the United Kingdom. During his tenure with Barclays Keith was the driving force behind transforming Barclaycard into a world-class analytics organization. Keith led the implementation of the Information Based Customer Management strategy which propelled Barclaycard back into the market leadership position and to a doubling of economic profit within his first three years. Keith introduced multiple product innovations such as the Flexi-Rate product and the "Low-Rate - No-Rate" balance transfer promotion.
Before joining Barclays, Keith held senior management positions with AmeriCredit and The Associates including: SVP International Card Operations, SVP Consumer Data Management, SVP US Consumer Marketing and VP of Credit Card Risk Management. During his tenure with The Associates Keith led the international credit card strategy and he setup a new stand-alone credit card business in Taiwan.
PHILLIP PERSCH | Chief Delivery Officer
Philip has 17 years experience in financial and analytical roles. He graduated from The University of North Texas with a BBA in Accounting and subsequently completed his MBA (Finance) from The University of North Texas.
Prior to joining CX-Analytics Philip headed a 60+ person team responsible for all facets of planning, MI and telephone channel management for the Sales and Service Operations organization within Barclaycard, the largest credit card brand in Europe. Philip previously held roles within Barclaycard, The Associates, Ace Cash Express and GTE Directories with responsibilities within Customer Value Management, Marketing, Risk, Finance and Project Management.
MEREDITH MCNEILL | Marketing Manager
Meredith coordinates the marketing collateral, conference events and web presence of CX-Analytics as well as various business development efforts. Prior to joining CXA, Meredith gained experience in project coordination and marketing communications in financial services. Meredith graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing.
KYLE JONES | Accounting and Administrative Manager
Kyle is responsible for the company’s bookkeeping and accounting work as well as administrative, human resources, and technical support tasks. Kyle graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
MICHAEL WANG | Consulting Analyst
Michael assists in software development, report building, and data reconciliation. Prior to joining CX-Analytics, Michael assisted with stock analysis and company valuation. Michael graduated from University of Rochester with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Financial Economics, and from Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management with a Masters in Finance.
MICHAEL GRANILLO | Business Programming Analyst
Mike has a broad range of experience in data reporting and analytics. Specializing in the SAS suite of BI tools, he has certifications in both advanced programming and statistical analysis. He joined the CX team in 2014 and is currently responsible for providing ongoing software support for the CX Analytics line of products. He holds a BA in economics from Vanderbilt University and MA in economics from Middle Tennessee State University.
OLGA VASILYEVA | Statistical Methods and Reporting Specialist
Olga assists in CX-Analytics business intelligence reporting solutions including creating and maintaining standard and custom reports and utilizing various platforms to support analytical needs. She has gained experience across multiple industries including telecommunications, healthcare and investment management. She holds a Masters of Statistics from the University of Western Ontario.
SUPOT ISSANAPONG | Consulting Analyst
Supot assists in software development and supports the full suite of CX-Analytics software and services. He is a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer and a Microsoft Certified Professional with significant experience in both web and windows-based software development as well as data analysis and reporting services. Supot graduated from the University Thai Chamber of Commerce with a BBA in Finance and received his Masters in Information Technology from Bond University (Gold Coast, Australia).
ROSAWAN BUPASIRI | Consulting Analyst
Rosawan specializes in large scale data analysis with extensive experience spanning many industries including energy, airlines, revenue management and IT services. Her specific area of expertise includes Operational Research with a focus in Optimization and Forecasting Models. Rosawan graduated from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Computer Engineering.
